The national high-tech industrialization demonstration base of X-ray imaging real time detection system

Our company imported the first X-ray real time imaging detector system into our domestic market in the beginning of nineteen eighties, and widely applied it into such fields as war industry, electronics industry, petroleum, chemical engineering, refractory industry, steel tube, die casting, boiler, automobile, pressure vessel, steel structure, aircraft, space flight and so on, making a contribute to our national NDT fields. There are six systems in Shenzhou Five and Shenzhou six manned spacecrafts used our manufactured X-ray NDT imaging system. This product obtained national patent right. In the year of 2004, Aolong company is confirmed as the national high-tech industrialization demonstration base of X-ray imaging real time detection system by the National Development and Reform Commission.

Features of hardware:

This system achieves dynamic real-time imaging with high quality and speedy running. Static and dynamic noise reduction enhanced inspecting speed and reliability. This system is equipped with mechanic transmission set which can observe the inner flaw of components in the optimum dynamic effect by choosing different angle, especially suit for on-line testing.
